THE HEAVEN ON EARTH AND IN THE SKIES
I pine for seeing you and your heaven,
And suffer to reach there at least after death,
Before that please take me to my Raven,
Who is dark in looks yet carries the burning heart for love like fire in the hearth.
Where you are-I know no pain over there,
And I have seen you everywhere,
Yet when that Black Beauty looks at me,
I feel carried away as if I have seen thee.
He is my heaven on Earth,
However he may be,
And your world is full of blessings,
Where I will go after I come to you with eyes on you-always resting.
