The Heart of Love

Love will fade as beauty begins to fail only to you who can see the outward shell

but to those who can see beyond the fleshly veil there the place of where the heart dwells

where beauty never fades and true Love cannot cease to fail

A Haven of only two hearts for us who hath joined together

and there to have found one another

So may you sail away to find this place and to rest in the arms of your Lover

Too much emphasis is placed on "physical beauty," when it is the beauty inside the "shell" that matters most, John. This is a brilliant write! Love, Carolyn
