The Hard Truth

There are so many truths,
    That we tend to believe.
Where one is not enough,
    While many others deceive.

Can critical thinking, actually
    Become the final judge?
Or does our thought fail to
Reason, going through all the sludge?

While reality is found by the
    Rational, some faith can intervene.
Often obscuring the smallest detail,
    Leaving truth to the obscene.
