The Guy

When you look down at the shear blue walls of the mint green interior The full moon comes down with so much elegance While you stand there and watch the stars change right in front of you As he holds your soft hands, you start to shiver As we wait for something exciting to come by Trying to understand how I was chosen to be yours Wanting to share more time with you All I could remember was that we had to go our seperate ways Still thinking about you when I write poems or even draw This nature makes me feel alive Not alive to stay and be with you As I make my life a different one, you come to the door To notice who it is, I turn and look while I blush back at you You look and smile asking to come inside I open the door and enjoy the moments that we've missed Until our special moment was blown into pieces by reality
