The Grief of Doubt

Ties to what should have been
She leans into his structure

It came to a close in warmer days
But now regret seeps and it will rupture

Crying out for a hand from whom she feels she needs
But her burning desire for a ventured man
Is laced around her greed

Push him away to save your heart
Wake up in pain from grief of doubt
