Only time will tell how much damage has been done. And still after 8 weeks, it continues with no end in sight..simply davastating and unbelievable how corporations only see $ with no regard for safety..they never get enough!! Peace, Audrey

I tried email you but I think you don't enjoy the email option. I was in Scotland way back in 1989 for a week to pay my tribute to Robert Burns at his home town Eyre and then Edinburgh. Whatever the impressions I had of Scottish people, I have written about

this really is such a sad truth, Gert...it's really scary what greed can do...thanks for the comments on my senryu :) I'm sure you are a great cook, and how wonderful that in your travels you also get to experience the authentic cuisines, that's gotta be soo cool! --nikko :)

So many people are already suffering from this tragedy, Gert. I don't see a realistic way to reverse the damage that has already been done. Indeed, this is a "Hazzard for all beings." Excellent haiku, Gert! Love, Carolyn

Great write that is a reminder of the tragedy...I hope that soon the hole is plugged and clean-up begins...I know those that lost loves ones and had injuries are doubly hurt..Keep the creative pen flowing..Sara
