The Good Effects of Nature

Are you lonely afraid or unhappy then you need a remedy fix but what's best that will do it something that will hit you for six Get out there into nature itself go and find the great outdoor whatever it takes, go the extra mile follow your instinct hit your fore Be alone in your own quiet place with the heavens, God and nature ponder afresh gazing way up there this is the way to be really mature Only there can one be happy knowing that feeling deep down that all's right that should be for then it all takes away that frown You see God wants people happy for only God can bring this about when having the beauty of nature so simply sublime without a doubt (“The best remedy for those who are afraid, lonely or unhappy is to go outside, somewhere where they can be quiet, alone with the heavens, nature and God. Because only then does one feel that all is as it should be and that God wishes to see people happy, amidst the simple beauty of nature. I firmly believe that nature brings solace in all troubles.” )~Anne Frank. (1929-1945)

G'day Gordon … I enjoyed the flow, rhyme, and topic. As we are a part of nature, we should respect it and what we get in return reflects well in your verse - thank you Gordon - Lindsay

This is so true Gordon; there is no better way to restore ones equilibrium. For me a walk by the sea can still my soul at times of stress, but equally a walk in our stunning countryside lifts my spirit. We are so lucky to have access to such areas of outstanding beauty on our doorstep, but sadly not everyone is aware of their restorative powers. Lovely write Gordon I enjoyed it very much. With kindest thoughts Ann xx
