The Glory and Joy of Life

The Glory and Joy of Life, Is sometimes hard to find, Through many tests of strife, We seemingly become blind. It can be easy to lose the joy, That’s deep within your heart, Forgetting you really do employ, The joyful feeling from the start. This is a gift we all received, And in return we must give, With adoration and praise, For the opportunity to live. Life on earth is like a school, With many tests each day, But there is one special tool, And it’s knowing how to pray. From January to December, There’s no need to be sorry, If we can just remember, To God Be All the Glory! Florence McMillian (Flo)
