The Girl Who Collapsed

It was a seemingly normal day in her life. Suddenly she felt everyone's eyes on her, their whispers became louder. She ran. Ran and ran and ran away, because she didn't want others to see her weakness. Her chest tightened and her breath hitched when she was safely away from the judging eyes that tortured her with every breath she drew. She doubled over, head smashing against the concrete wall as her eyes shut and her breathing quickened. It was ten minutes later when she woke again, and she stood up, walking out as if nothing ever happened. No one would ever know.
