The Gift of Life

Even before we open our eyes
Before we can speak truths and lies
Even before we take our first walk
Before we reach the finishing mark
Even before we see the first light
Our soul is born with all its might

We arrive at the place we call home
A place we are always and never lone
Its a place where we have to fight a lifelong war
But we find our allies are never too far
Pain, anguish, sufferings may try to pull us to a blackhole
But success relieves our mind, body and SOUL
Our mission,our challenge called life
The GODLY gift,a gift called life
