The Future is Bright
“The future is unknown”, some cautiously say.
They therefore dread a distant day.
Instead of fearing what lies ahead
The might consider seeing that the past is dead.
A way was provided in the distant past
To ascertain that the past will not forever last.
On Calvary’s hill the price was paid
As on Christ our sin was purposely laid.
Instead of looking to a future of loss
Claim the victory in the prize of the cross.
Know for sure that the future is bright
As you turn to Christ, the Eternal Light.
"Every saint has a past, every sinner has a future."
