The Foundation
You take us on an unforgettable journey
You are the burning, consuming fire inside of us
Your compassion is unlimited to all peoples everywhere
You've been through our shoes and you've walked the talk
You humble us to appreciate the simple things
You bring families together and raise spirits on high
You provide for all of our needs
You bring reason to our thinking and positive aspirations and dreams
You give us worlds to discover and books to read
You bring focus to our lives and leave us wondering about more
You bring melodies of joy into our hearts and minds
You bring nostalgic memories to our minds, but remind us to stay in the present moment
You love us regardless
You bring us wonderful flora and fauna
You bring us the creativity for minds to create technology and solve problems
You taught us how things work and function
You bring us curiosity and searching for new solutions
You bring us great ideas and develop new ways of thinking, new approaches
You never get old, you're eternal
You'll always be there for us
You bring a peace to solitude and an appreciation for our circumstances
You remind us of the Golden Rule-Love you and Love others
You unlock life's mysteries
