The Forward Mesasage

Well, you finally broke out of your shell.
You broke the silence and sent me a message.
Can i really call this a step in the right direction?

Who knows? Not me.
You felt the same way once and never told me?
And you say that I made the mistake?!
Look, we're arguing over nothing! Can't you just say it?!
Three little words that can't be said by you?

Doesn't that sound like a lie?
Yeah, ANOTHER lie! When are you going to stop?
Can you stop being so stubborn and tell me you care about me?

Look, I don't want to hear it from a message.
I want to hear it from you. Your voice has disappeared from my memories.
Hold up, stop moving so fast. Just slow down and slow dance.
I don't think I know you anymore. I was small town and you were big city.
I can't find you in this fog called my brain. Call me in real life so you can light the way.
