The Fortunate One

K-in and friends alike
R-emember your birthday;
I-nspiring words of well-wishers
S-end greetings in a joyful way.
T-wenty-third morn January
I-s beginning to break;
A-nother dawn is offering
N-ew opportunities to take.

K-ind chances for better life
A-re waiting there immortally;
R-are chance though for eternal glory
L-ives to knock once only.

Y-earn to keep the faith,
A-s you cross the rough ocean;
N-ever wane nor weaken,
T-o become the fortunate
O-ne.
