The Forgotten Songs

Sing to me forgotten songs
Oh bittersweet refrain
Carry as the deepest breath
Here shall I remain
True the gold of life and love
And true the heart alive
Steal the brink of waking breath
Deep within to thrive
Free the grace of such a voice
Whispers I have heard
Yet unbroken by the sound
Chance a sacred word
