The Flower

Lord, you've created a flower How may I give you praise I hold my petals upward And accept your loving rays You're sunshine is a blessing It's a calming, soothing salve I give you all the glory Of the colors that I have When e're you are unhappy And your clouded eyes cry down I recieve your saddened blessing And I'm sorry for the crown My thorns had no involvement But I may have shared the deed Forgive me Lord, and spare the next Up and coming seed I know the sun is coming So I'll hold my place in line And hope that maybe I will be Touched by the Devine Rockman
