The First Goodbye

As I sit here not knowing what to do
All the faces I have loved come into view
Music plays and brings me back
Back to a place on a different life track
Wish I knew if this track was the right one
and that the last chapter was really over and done

Every now and then
The past creeps into my brain again
Bringing me back to another time
When life was hard
But love was the only crime

Never thought I would be here
Sitting all alone but not sheding a tear
Dissapointments have come and gone
But my love for you carries on
My life has changed so much so fast
I hope these choices wont make me
wish to be back in the past

Every now and then
The past creeps into my brain again
Bringing me back to another time
When life was hard
But love was the only crime

I am strong and happy
With a smile on my face
I dont need anything to take your place
The music you gave me warms my heart
And with that I will never part

Every now and then
The past creeps into my brain again
Bringing me back to another time
When life was hard
But love was the only crime

Smile ~ We are a somewhat frail Creation and thus, Yes, as the Psalmist once did write: 'All of Creation groans while waiting upon deliverence from these moments in times existence....' ~ This is a very wonderfully expressed painting of "Your Beautiful Heart My Dear." ~ And as for "Love;" there could Never be a crime within, "Pure Love" although, "Yes Again," many sadly would rather destroy it amid their own reasons within these lifes shadows.... ~ "Love, 'Always'" John!:) ~

Smile ~ I love treasures such as this albeit, never within the shades of gray although often, the most profound of beautiful verse is found brought forth from such as this place of somber amid ones life ~ Although, from my own perspective, not being able to grasp the light waiting beyond this life only enhances the degree of pain which need not be ~ And then to turn the stone of view and understandings again, my dear ~ Cont:)
