The Fire of Love

The Fire of Love

It burns inside me still
It burns yet does not kill
This fire of love I feel
This fire of love is a real deal
I need no water to extinguish this fire
Let it burn always; that's my desire
Because if it goes off, I fear
I fear that my love will also disappear
We just met and we've shared so much
We just met, in just this month of March
And immediately this fire inside me lit
I felt it burn, I took a sit
I took a second just to look at you
It took me that second to fall in love with you
I felt like something was burning inside me
Guess what!
It was THE FIRE OF LOVE

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Have a blessed day.
