The Fever

Lonesome creature, wandering in the dark
Waiting for glimmer, even of tiniest spark
Long time, he craved for the sun of tomorrow
To dry away his pain and sorrow

Wandering creature, alone and so lonesome
Waiting for his time to come
Hoping to mend the fever in his heart
For near is his time to depart

Gloomy creature finding a way to glow
As the fever in his heart tries to halt his flow
Finding a way to make his final mark
Before time takes away his last spark
