Egos feed off the things you achieve Not bettering people as some do believe It's a diet of what you can do and can be Never bias comparison of ability If you don't feed it you'll find jealousy Bitterness reigns and feeds on envy Literal pain breeds dominantly Accomplishments prevent it being empty If you don't get better or you don't learn more you'll be upset and you'll be left sore When you get up and go you'll feel the reward The feeling inside the ego longs for Your ego lives inside where it's always been It finds food inside not from what you have seen It feeds off of feelings not visual scenes Don't live an illusion when you can chase dreams
