The Fan

The Cubs; the Series

'Wayne I am not a sports fan at all, so this limerick can't have much meaning for me; however I got a sense of its meaning by reading your comments below. About what you told me happening to the glaciers in Alaska. IT is very sad. And the polar bears with the disappearing ice to stand on. Where is it all going to end. GLad to see you have the sports side of life to bring you pleasure! (for me, it's the movies). Luv, Andrea

The Bears weren't doing too well against the Packers last time I checked tonight, Wayne. But at least Chicago is home to one of the best bands I've ever heard -- Sonia Dada. You can catch them on youtube. Awesome, and with a style all their own. Maybe it's more of a music city than a sports city. LOL

Got a great laugh from your poem, Wayne. But you could be wrong. Remember, the New Orleans Saints are no longer called the "ain'ts." Miracles happen on the playing field. Love, Carolyn
