The Family of the Wolf

This is the story of the big bad wolf. 
Devouring all little girls living under his 
roof.

He hid it so well that no questions were 
asked.
No suspicion inquiring the monster behind 
the mask.

The family, so happy that no one 
supposed. 
The hurt he was causing behind doors 
sealed closed.

Till one day, he slipped up, revealing all 
that he stole
And the creature was caught by animal 
control

Here we are still wondering the nature of 
the beast
Why we were the ones chosen for the 
main course of the feast

Yet together we heal standing united as 
one
Still there are days when I wish he kept the 
mask on
