The Eyes of Your Heart
He provides a way out for the broken,
and opens the eyes of hearts unspoken,
and leads us past what our earthly eyes see,
the power of His love that sets us free,
holding us in ways we can't understand,
in knowing not everything is meant for us to comprehend,
only in what he allows us to view,
always through His spirits timing and truth,
characteristics we've asked to understand,
giving us a mirrored reflection of the ones we all have,
issues of the heart we would rather not face,
but sometimes God will allow to come out to restart with grace,
to humble us in ways beyond the world views,
stripping our hearts of strife to turn our eyes back to you,
a muted voice that needed to speak,
the healing begins at the hearts release,
hushed away, the excessive silence,
the covered up perfection of the world that blinds us,
hiding away our voice that God gives our hearts to speak,
breaking chains of bondage...opression's silence decreased,
extrovert and introvert go head to head,
it balances out....the extremes of the strongholds are dead...
