The expression date

I never thought I would make it past 16

Teenage depression and lack of friends

Put me in a position to not expect much

Eating lunch alone and making friends everywhere I go

Only for them to forget me the next day

But Now that 16 is all but forgotten

I don’t know what to do

This was never supposed to happen

So will you just sit with me and tell me what to do
