The Evil In Us All
My titles vary constantly,
But Evil is my name
I live within the hearts of men,
Where hatred stakes its claim
I know you think you know me,
But I'm not the flesh you see
I'm only just the twisted thoughts,
Of your insanity
I'll whisper sweetly in your ear,
Then poison every thought
And relish in your misery,
From all the pain its wrought
I'll prey upon your deepest fears,
And feed on all your pain
I'll shatter every dream you have,
Til hope cannot remain
I'll slowly take your very life,
Just one breath at a time
And devour all which you hold dear
Til everything is mine
Even though I'm not alone,
There's many who will fall
The only thing we have to fear,
Is the Evil in us all
