The Eucalyptus Room Meditation
You are in a sauna feeling warm. The skin on your body feels
heat from the sizzle of dry rocks. This sauna room has an infusion of eucalyptus oil. Your breathing passages open, giving you an improved contented air flow.(B)
Your mind centers to a focus, while you sit in total silence.
(pause)
Sink into this plush journey. From a distance you hear a symphony of Tibetan bells, ringing from beyond. You see monks in saffron robes beckoning you forward to a lake.
Thousand of lanterns have been lit, illuminating, reflecting
overlapping the wide expanse of calm water. (B)
OM MANE PADME OM !!! (SOUND OF ALL CREATION )
Make yourself a temple of worship and pray in the goodness,
acceptance, awareness and true life experience that your Creator has given you..
Here in the Holy sacred sauna room all is as it should be (B)
Wrap the terry towel around your shoulders and walk out of the sauna. Feel the rush of cool and the refresh of your
experience. Glide in the pool of happiness that awaits you. Smile at your brother and sister then go ahead,
befriend the, all is well. (B)
