The End Times

The end times are upon us
the return of the Lord is near
 try to take care of your loved ones
and those to you that are dear
try to be loving and compassionate
always try to show that you care
children please listen to your parents everywhere
try not to have any bad thoughts
or  no harsh words to be said
just keep on walking in the fruit of the spirit instead
the Lord is there to guide  us both now and forevermore
just imagine if today was the day that he returned and knocked on our door
wars earthquakes floods despair and fear
just a few of the signs that the end times are near
try to take care of your loved ones
and those to you that are dear.         

persecution will come
from even those that we  love most and when  we least  expect it , this I know  only to  well 
and is true. 
                                              

II Timothy 3:1-5,7 "But realize this, that in the last days difficult times will come.  For men 
will be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, disobedient to their parents, 
ungrateful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, malicious gossips, without self-control, brutal, 
haters of good, treacherous, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of 
god; holding to a form of godliness, although they have denied its power; always learning 
and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth."

 Matthew 24:6 "And you will be hearing of wars and rumors of wars; see that you are not 
frightened, for those things must take place, but that is not yet the end."

Matthew 24:7 "For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and in 
various places there will be famines and earthquakes."

mathew24:27 Just as the lightning comes from the east,and flashes even to the west,so shall 
the son of man be.
Luke 12:37 you too must be ready, for the son is coming at an hour that you do not expect. 
mathew 24:30 they shall see the son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and 
great Glory. Amen.

My own belief slightly differs, in that I beieve in God as our Creator, singly, and alone, and I suppose I come under the heading of 'Deist'. Neverthel less, I hope we can still be friends. Gordon.
