The End of Dreams

The End Of Dreams

This is the end, the end of dreams
No more waiting to sail into the blue, renew

I was in motion in the land of sleep, to keep

The dream of tomorrow is empty
A dried out leaf

Falling into the abyss of vines
The roads no longer open
Stay on your own side

Hear the crashing, it’s not the sea

See the fracture of hostility

The dream is over
The veil covers the view

Distortion echoes from me and you

The dream is over, we will claw the sky

Erase the glow of life to survive

In a dream that’s over the paper flies
Count and chase paper till the end of times

The dreamer has awakened to the endless fight
The dreamer can’t escape the eternal night
