The End of a Rainbow

I have seen many rainbows in my lifetime In many different lands Always in the distance Natures magnificent artwork stands I have never seen the end of a rainbow Where the pot of gold lays Never imagined l ever would Yet I did today! How incredibly special it was This mystical glorious glow In the field beside me Was the end of a rainbow A very memorable day!

Wow Deb, good poem, and what a thing to see. I drove a car through a rainbow once, one end of the arch was right on the road; but I couldn't stop to see if any gold was there :(

This is a dream come true, surely? The rainbow is a sign of God's promise, or so they say.. so what promise is He keeping for you? That 'pot of gold' a different type of richness.. a lovely poem this :))
