The End

Lights exploded in my head
Then I realized that I was dead
I floated for a time above my body
Looking down at the hospital bed

My life was over. I was spent
But now I was hovering here
Where was my tunnel of light?
All of a sudden I was gone

Then I was in this place
Where the sun never goes down
And everyone is polite and,
I float around without a sound

My friends are all here
The ones who went before
Now they greet me with joy
Happy once more
