The Elements of War and Peace

I know of it, I have bathed in it,
And tasted this thing called war like the crimson fire it is.
But now I seek a different taste,
A more soothing feeling like divine blue water,
So it can slick down my throat and,
And quench this fire that burns within me,
So it can sooth my pain and whisper peace throughout my ravaged mind.
