The Easter Bunny

The traditional Easter bunny,
With ears long and funny.

He hops down the bunny trail,
With the cutest cottontail.

Bringing a basket for all the girls and boys,
Filled with chocolates and toys.

Meeting a friend along the way,
Each and every day.

The beautiful lilies that stay in the living-room,
Knowing the Easter bunny is coming soon.

Parents and children gather round,,
You don't hear a sound.

The Easter bunny hides the eggs and bunnies.
Some of the places are really funny.

Memories with mother and father of old.
The days of friendship are pure gold.

With God's blessings being here,
With days very dear.
