The Eagle's Eye

By rontwigger

Is there somebody who has an eagle's eye,
An eye that could see anybody's whereabouts?
Oh, I guess no mundane would say an aye.
For sure He scorns when someone flouts.

Is there an omniscient and supreme being,
Who bears all the powers controlling the universe?
Oh, I surmise everybody would be singing
With their best crafted agape lyrical verse.

Or, should I say He has more than the eagle's eye,
That can read what we feel and what we think.
There are no secrets hidden to nobody's cry,
For He even knows how many times we wink and blink.

Or, should I say He's the supreme of all supremes,
Who absolutely punish the wicked and fool.
But definitely reward the good with dreams,
Dreams that remind us to always stay cool.
