The direct path
If we’d merge in God’s heart with ease
Reclaim innocence of childhood
Dwell in the heart, where we then stood
Each desire, embrace and release
Recognise life is but a dream
Borne by thoughts we ourselves do stream
Get rid of the thinking disease
Know there is no separation
Make heart’s pulse our meditation
That with no demons to appease
Deeming all one and none apart
We see God’s glow in every heart
Love awakens as we unfreeze
Our form is drenched in bliss delight
As is God, we are living light
