The Devil's Case

Time to fade out
Time to fade in
Time I had vanished
I let it begin

I feel an angel in me
I feel the devil deceive
I have the power of god
But there’s a fight over me

Affectionate prices
Affectionate lies
Affectionate nothings
Affections that I despise

I feel the hope of the masses
I feel the sins of the dead
I have the eyes of the moon
Most times I choose to leave them unfed

Rhyme of the heavens
Rhyme of the lost
Rhyme me my hell and
Just show me my scars

I know I’ve come so far
I know I’ve built my world
I know I’ve saved the beauty
But the truth still stays unheard

Aggression is standing
I see its face
Aggression demanding
Now I walk its pace
I’ve seen what is hiding
I’ve seen the end
I’ve seen worlds confiding
In the end of our days
There’s nothing to stop me
I will see some light
See the end of this fighting
I will take my place
The martyred devil’s case
