The Days Pass
The Days Pass
By Emily Fontes
I'm sitting in class,
As the days drive passed,
As the depression gets worse,
With life's every verse,
And life’s becoming a test.
Sleeping threw the evening,
Sing dreams in my head,
Throwing my worries,
In the worry pile,
And I haven’t seen smiles.
As I walk in the halls,
All faces look different.
As the days pass,
I think dreams fly away,
As I lie in the grass.
