The Days Are Like Water
The days are like water
As they flow
I am cleansed continously
The life of yesterday disappears
Memories and emotions
Are loosened from my being
And washed away
Into the current behind me
And become the past
With each day death is taken away from me
And I start anew
Leaving pieces of my old self behind….
