The Day Has To Begin 2
The Day Has to Begin
The night, at some point, has to end,
The day, at some point, has to begin,
When the world is sleeping,
And the sad are weeping,
A day has to come when the war has been won.
When the evil goes away,
And clear is your way,
When Earth is on extinction’s verge,
Life has to emerge,
A day has to come,
When the war has been won.
When the day has to end,
The sun must depart as a friend,
When the evil fades out,
Remember the lessons it taught about,
A day has to come when the war has been won.
When the dark mist covers all,
Even a firefly is not small,
When all are silent,
Even a coarse whisper is vibrant,
A day has to come when the war has been won.
When feeling all hope dies,
The world often cries,
But ask them to remember,
To the world community’s every member,
A day has to come when the war has been won.
Don’t make of yourself a fool,
By ever forgetting this golden rule,
No matter what happens to you,
Always remember this rule , fair and true,
A day has to come ,
When the war has been won.
Forever remember,
I say this to every member,
To the world’s great community,
No matter what calamity,
A day will come,
When the war has been won.
