The Dark Place
At times I reside in a dark place,
A personal, quiet reflective space,
I need it from time to time,
To refresh my body and my mind.
You may think that I am in a mood,
And I do nothing but brood,
But I’m trying to find my center,
I’m in a dark place where no one can enter.
When I decide to come out,
There will be no doubt,
That my dark place,
Will return the smile to my face
