The Dark Dream

The dark dream

I woke up from my sleep, saw her in my dream,
Saw her sit and weep, saw her shout and scream.

Felt a burst of pain, woke up with a jerk, Realising its not real, gosh dream's a Perk.

I opened up the chat, my last message on seen,
It's been 3 months the messages haven't been seen.

I scroll up the conversation, reading the texts,
I was gonna wife her, can't believe she's now my ex.

The tears fall off my cheeks, I cry my heart out,
punch the walls and I whimper and shout.

She's made it very clear she don't love me no more
But seeing her with that son of a is a bloody eyesore.

It makes me wanna puke, then punch his face
He cheats on her, dammit, he's a ing disgrace.

It hurts cause, she looks at him like she used to look at me,
Guess its time to let go, cause it was never meant to be
