Is she worthy of my love?
A question I have asked more times
Than I now can even dare to count
A loss this heartfelt informs logics sire
That this love no more
Was indeed one of profound truth
Emotions so deep and intrinsic
Clash within and all about
This discarded hollow vessel
Bleeds profusely inside
As a broken thing screams and howls
This werebeast desires
To walk once more as a man
For a chance to live in light and joy
And to have in this life
More than just my daily prayer
Forever unanswered
