The Cross

A sinner's cross I climb In derision planted, dry His tracks undried yet lingers clean I drench in remorse serene Vinegar I lap Vinegar his lips declined In a corner lonley life expelled I shall, into the host, incline Midst merciless foreign eyes A body dishonored falls Harsh, the sentence to my guilt My Jesus, embrace this soul.

The emotion comes through your words in a powerful way. And through Him we have salvation. Keep on writing and sharing your words. Karen
