The Creation

Covered in dark, with no light to spark,
It heard a noise and adhere to the magnificent voice.
The creators’ chosen, to bring forth his creations
   And build nations.

In six days, the planet was amazed.
Draped in splendour, with a moon.
And stars, a Sun from far.
   Deep blue oceans, with fishes
And dolphins, playful in soothing water,
O, don’t forget the sea otter.

Luscious, green valleys with marvellous hills.
   Blooming tall trees, beautiful flowers.
   And scary bees.
Animals from all sort, big and small,
   Running, walking and crawl.

   When the planet just thought,
The creator was done, he got stunned.
Two beautiful creatures with angelic faces,
Was create to be each other’s mates.

   Finally, satisfied what He made.
   The planet was name.
   Earth.

Great creation piece Roebain, really enjoyed this writing as it speaks the truth. Hows is life in SA these days, we spent two great holidays on the garden route some years ago. Blessings from Scotland, Gordon
