The Covenant
As human beings we often over look
or forget things,
These significant and priceless things
about life and our God.
Simple beautiful and simple powerful.
It is a promise that was made between
God and mankind,
Each colour adding meaning and more
impact to the promise of his everlasting
covenant.
I have made a promise, and so it will be.
We can so easily underestimate the faithfulness
of our God, and the surety of his promises,
It is the little blessings in life that matters,
Rainbows, birds, sunsets, smiles,
even the rain,
For they remind us just how much we are
favoured, indeed highly by God.
