The Corner StreeT
Walk with me to the corner of the street and I will show you something that you have never seen, come with me to the corner of the street and you will realize your heavenly dream, just last night I was standing there watching the cars rolling by and the clouds fading in the sky and the night owl sitting on the rails penetrating the distance in the night skies.
Come with me to the Corner Street and let us make music with our feet, we will clap our hands and stamp our feet and twist and turn our bodies and knees, I will sing the alto and you will sing the tenor and that person will sing the base and the chorus will ride with us.
They meet at the corner at midnight to exchange the secret of their lonely lives, they had just met in the spring when the birds were mating and singing sweet melodious hymns, and birds were chasing after birds teasing the bachelors and young girls as they walk about in the shadows of the moonlight chanting verses that make the heart frown and the night turn cold.
There is a history to be unfold and there are miracles to behold, you will find it at the corner street, it is standing right in front of me, many are searching for it beneath the tunnel that runs above the train line and the drain pipes that lies between them and the miracle that you find inside of them, it is deep and you can hardly see it but it has a message for thee; it comes out at night to exchange bread for coffee and tea and laugh with me.
Come with me to the corner street and spend some time with me; come with me to the corner street and let me whisper a secret to thee, examine the track and walk one it to get the feel of it; lets gaze at the stars above and color it with our eyes and when the moon fade under the clouds the village will wake up in the night and run around the track and dance in the fading moonlight.
The corner street is where you lift your feet; the corner street is where your heart meets, open the mountain and the sea and dangle the gold and jasper in front of me to balance my energy and improve my physical qualities, the corner street is where you will find me, the corner street is where love meets, walk with me to the corner street.
