The Confusion of Tragedy

Tragedy has fallen.
I've lost a layer of skin.
Push me
And the edge will come.

Its meant to be easier
And some day it will.
I'm trying to blame myself
But I know I cant

Does one seize this life
Or shut it down.
This is the confusion
Of the grieving mind

Should you open yourself.
And risk everything.
Becuase theres no guarantee
Of time

Or, should you become a recluse.
Relying on inner resources.
Living so cleanly
You might never have been
