The Conductor

Once I knew a man

Said that he should lead the band

I thought that it was grand

He was willing to take a stand

He conducted the high notes well

Really made them swell

However the music …it was dissonant

As the bass was so un-content

It seems to reach the heights

That man had lost his sight

All notes must play a role

For the music to have a soul
