The Cliche Almost Hurts More

Well now it's been a while
Time has passed
Words have been spoken
Hearts have been broken

All the words that spilled from your lips
Just as if you were speaking from scripts
How all policies start with our honesty
Looking back now, it's all just comedy

Feel free to break the ice
Believe me, it comes at no price
So now you ignore me, as if you had the right
So we dirty what was once pure and white

I kneel at your feet and plead
And so you ignore me with a great stampede
Tought that feelings that are true
Don't disapear, unlike you

And now I sit here and cry
As i was betrayed by my alai
To afraid to ask why
more afraid to say bye

Holding my head in my hands
No longer making plans
as they sing is all those bands
You care less than a few grams

Tell me how to feel
I will no longer have to kneel
nor will i go on with this spiel
Let's make a pact, we'll make a deal
