The Chair

THE CHAIR

The naughty dog is sleeping in cat's chair
for him it is his sly annoying treat
even though he knows he should not be there.

Her chair's now covered in his unkempt hair
which messes up her tidy comfy seat.
The naughty dog is sleeping in cat's chair.

The cat wants back her chair, it isn't fair,
she claws at him, this dirty rotten cheat
even though he knows he should not be there.

This dog won't move because he doesn't care
he's far too settled curled around his feet.
The naughty dog is sleeping in cat's chair.

He lifts his sleepy head and gives a glare
towards this pesky cat who's lost her seat.
The naughty dog is sleeping in cat's chair
even though he knows he should not be there.
