I love butterflies...I go to the Butterfly Conservatory here Ontario Canada and I am going crazy running around trying to capture each rare looking one I see. Some how thinking of butterflies you conjure up a sunny scene filled with flowers...hence your poem being a balm to the soul. One love. Joy Wells

beautiful haiku, my friend. My mum has a butterfly bush - it has purple cones of flowers. is that the same plant? The butterflies certainly love it

Do you still have the Hummingbirds there? We are due to lose ours to the Fall weather! We have our Hummingbird feeders full of that sugar water that they love so much! It's almost time to take in the feeders though, so they will leave and go South...probably down to you! This is a beautiful write Sara, simply beautiful! They do love those butterfly bushes don't they? We don't have any of those! I really enjoyed this fun poem, a wonderful piece, Great Work!!
